Pembrokeshire Marine Code environmental training events
The Marine Code aims to protect Pembrokeshire’s amazing wildlife and teaches people how to enjoy nature responsibly.
2025 here we are!
We are happy to announce that we had a fantastic line-up for our 2025 spring series of environmental training events…thank you to those who came to join us for one or all four!
With an inspiring line-up of speakers, our 2025 events offered the opportunity to:
- Learn more about the array of animals and plants we share our coastline with
- Explore best practice and codes of conduct to help minimise disturbance
- Highlight the Wales Coast Explorer App, as a tool to identify and report wildlife sightings

Signs of Disturbance| June 2025
Learning how to recognise the signs of wildlife disturbance
Made me more aware of the wealth and diversity of creatures we have hidden away in our seas and more determined not to take that for granted.
Walking with experts was an absolute joy – I feel that I have come home a “saturated sponge”, I couldn’t have learned any more during the day.
Found the day so interesting that I came back with my husband the following day in order to share with him the delights that you revealed to me. Thanks so much!
It has given me even greater respect for the incredible area that we live in.
